It is stated that petitioner is the owner and possessor of land admeasuringAcs.2.22guntasinSurveyNo.l8l,SitautedatChityalVillage, Tadwai Mandal, Kamareddy District (for short, 'the subject landJ ' having acquired the same by way of assignment made by the Government in favour of the petitio rrer uide Assignment Patta Certificate No'A/419/O9 dated The grievance of the l7.O3.2OOg issued by the Tahsildar, Tadwai Mandal' petitioner is that he made an application bearing No' 230O04O716 dated . 2l.o2.2o23inDharaniWebPortalformutatinghisnameintherevenue records and also to issue new e-pattadar passbook and title deed in respect of the subject land, but the same was rejected' 2 CVBR, J W.I'.No.17361 of 2O25 -.s'1

3. Considered the submissions of the learned counsel for t].e petitioner and learned Assistant Government Pleader for Rr:venue appearing for the respondents and with their consent, this writ cetition is being disposed at the admission stage.

This Court has carefully examined the impugn:d order rejecting the application submitted for mutation of the name of the petitioner in the revenue records and for issuarce of new e-pattadar passbook and title deed in respect of the subject land. Except saying that "Applice t.ion for Passbook Data Correction 2300040716 is rejected by Collectof, no valid reasons whatsoever has been assigned to enable the petilioner tc take appropriate action.

The learned Assistant Government Plead:r for Revenue appearing for respondents has submitted that Telangan:r Rights in Land and Pattadar Passbooks Act, 2O2O has been repealed aad replaced with Telangana Bhu Bharati (Record of Rights in Land) Act, 2025 (for short, the Act 1 of 2025) and if the petitioner submits online application in the prescribed format in Bhu Bharati Web Portal and if the srrme fulhlls all the requirements of the Act I of 2025 and the Rules madr: thereunder, the respondent authoriLies will consider the same, in accordarrce with 1aw.

In view of the above submission, this Court deems it appropriate to dispose of this writ petition permitting the petitioner to make appropriate online application in the prescribed format in Bhu Bharali Web 7 3 CWR, J W.P.No.17361 of 2025 Portal, seeking mutation of his name in the revenue records and for issuance of e-pattadar passbook and title deed in respect of subject land' In the event of such application being made by the petitioner and if the same fulfills all the requirements under the provisions of the Act 1 of 2025 and theRulesmadethereunder,therespondentauthoritiesshallexamineand consider the case of the petitioner' In any event, if the application of the petitioner does not fulhll the requirements of the Act 1 of 2025 and the Rules made thereunder, the respondent authorities shall pass a reasoned order, in accordance with law and communicate the same to the petitioner' The entire exercise shall be completed within a period of three (03) months from the date of receipt of the application' 7 With the above observations, the Wnt Petition is disposed of There shall be no order as to costs Miscellaneous applications pending, if any, shall sta-nd closed' ,,TRUE COPY" SD'-P.
