In view of the submissions made by the learned counsel lor the respective parties and since it is the case of the petitioners that appeal suit is pending before this Court. uide A.S.No.l93 of 2023, wherein this Court has granted an inteiim order not to alter or amend the revenue records and admittediy, as pattadar passbooks have already been rssued in favour ol the petitioners, respondent No.4 do not have any power or authority Lo alter or amend the records, more particularly a notice has to be issued to the persons, whose names have been reflected in the revenue records before carrying any amendments/ alterations or corrections of the revenue records, as per the guidelines issued by Full Bench of this Court in ChinnoLrn Pandurangann u.
