J rrp 17349 2025 The petitioner society is the registered scciety under the Registratior Act. 2001 (35) dated 20.04.2006. The petitioner continued his services of sanitation for pG College boys hostel under the respondent No.2 and submitted the monthly bills every month. The petitioner made several representations dated 20.06.2024, 25.06.2024, 14.08.2024, 2t.07.2025, 22.01.2025,. 25.03.2025 and finalty on t5.O4.2025 requesting to make payment of pending bills but the respondents have not considered the same. The learned Standing Counsel appearing on behalf of the respondents submits that, in view of the fact that approval had already been granted granting the relief as sought for by the petitioner ir the present writ petition and since the pending bills of the petitioner amounting to Rs.1,64,455/_ (Rupees One Lakh Sixty Four Thousand Four Hundred and Fifty Five Only) would be cleared soon the writ petition could be disposed of directing the respondents to release the petitioner towards cleara nce of Rs.1,64,455/- (Rupees the amounts due to the pending bilts One Lakh Sixty Four a mounting to Thousand Fou r Hundred and Fifty Five Only) within a reasonable period. 6.
