It is stated that petitioner is the absolute owner and possessor of agricultural land admeasuring Acs. 1.20 guntas in Survey No. 196/E, situated at Etla Yerravally Village, Shabad Mandal, Ranga Reddy District (for short, 'the subject land'), which is an ancestral property and acquired the same through par[ition and the petitioner's name was also mutated in the revenue records and pattadar passbook and title deed was also issued to the petitioner and her name is also reflecting in Dharani portal. In view of the above submissions ahd in view of the settled legal position, this Court is of the opinion that trefore conducting any enquiry over the subject land, the respondent authorities shall consider the objections submitted by the petitioner dated 13.06.2025 and pass appropriate orders strictly in accordance with the provisions of the Telangana Bhu Bharati (Record of Rights in Land) Act,2025.
