The writ petition is hled with the following prayer: "To issue an appropriate writ, order or direction more pa-rticularly one in the nature of Writ of Mandamus, declaring the action of the Respondents 2 to 7 tn not receiving the application form and release the individual service connection to the petitioner the Plot No.0225/ll Phase-ll in Survey No 37 situated at Gopar-rpa1ly Village, Serilingampally Mardal, Ranga Reddy Distnct, Telangana State as illegal, null, void, arbitrary and consequently direct the respondents to receive application and to release the individual service connection without being influenced by the instructions of ttre 8th respondent".
