This Criminal Petition under Section 482 Cr.P.C. is filed by the petitioner - Sri K.Satish Kumar, s/o Late K. Venkateshwara Rao seeking to quash the proceedings against him in Crime No. 4562 of 2009 on the file of Station House Officer, Chikkadpally Police Station, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 420, and 406 IPC.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, it is directed that investigation and consequential steps on the basis of result of the investigation shall go on, but the petitioner shall not be arrested till filing of charge sheet, if any, which he can challenge.
