THE HON’BLE SRI JUSTICE V.V.S.RAO AND THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE RAMESH RANGANATHAN WRIT PETITION No.12528 of 2010 ORDER: (per Hon’ble Sri Justice V.V.S.Rao) Sri S.Suri Babu, Counsel for the petitioner, after making submissions for some length of time, seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the writ petition with liberty to avail appropriate alternative remedy.
