Laxminarayana, learned counsel for the petitioners and learned Assistant Government Pleader for Mines and Geolory, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue. Perused the record.

Petitioners herein are claiming that they are the absolute owners and possessors of 1) tractor bearing No.TS15 UA 9606 & trailer bearing No.TS02 UB 9665,21 tractor bearing No.TSO2 UD 5067 & trailer bearing No.TSO2 UD 5068, 3) tractor bearing No.TS02 UC 8053 & trailer bearing No.TSO2 UC 8054, and 4) tractor bearing No.TS02 EY 6415 & trailer bearing No.TS02 UD 0098, respectively. In proof of the sarne, they have hled copies of registration certificates. The said vehicles were seized ! by the 2.d respondent on 15.06.2025 in connection with Crime No.227 of 2O25 on the allegation of illegal .l 3 KI-,J \\ P No.t7196 oI2025 2 tra:tsport:r _ion of sald. 3. Pt:titioners further contended that t.hey arr. ready to comply \^'itlr Rule 12 of the Telangana State Sarrc Mining Rules, :2t. 1.., (hereinafter referred as ..Rules, 20L|1) issued by the Corrernment vide G.O.Ms.No.15, Inrlus.ries and Comrrrerce ( N,lines-I) Department, dated lgt.O2.2O I S.
