Petitioners herein are claiming that they are the absolute owners and possessors of 1) tractor bearing No.TS15 UA 9606 & trailer bearing No.TS02 UB 9665,21 tractor bearing No.TSO2 UD 5067 & trailer bearing No.TSO2 UD 5068, 3) tractor bearing No.TS02 UC 8053 & trailer bearing No.TSO2 UC 8054, and 4) tractor bearing No.TS02 EY 6415 & trailer bearing No.TS02 UD 0098, respectively. In proof of the sarne, they have hled copies of registration certificates. The said vehicles were seized ! by the 2.d respondent on 15.06.2025 in connection with Crime No.227 of 2O25 on the allegation of illegal .l 3 KI-,J \\ P No.t7196 oI2025 2 tra:tsport:r _ion of sald.
