3. l,earned counsel for the petitioner would :i Lbmit tha t lhe petitioner is the owner and possessor of the lancl o an extent of Acs.2.O7 guntas in Sy.No.464; Acs.3.l4 guntas ir Sy.No.465/A; Ac.l.13 guntas in Sy.No.469; Ac. 1.13 guntas n Sy.No.470; Ac.0.30 guntas in Sy.No.59i/U; Ac.3.il guntas in Sy.No.613/B/ 1/ t and Ac.0.188 guntas in Sy.No., '36iA12, toLal admeasuring Acs.12.36 guntas, si[uated al Vac i :l-rarla Village, Lingala Ghanpur Mandal, Jangaon District, havi r I acquired the same from his ancestors. Learned counsel for' the petitioner would further submit that the revenue author i ies have also incorporated the name of the petitioner in :rl the revenue records and issued pattadar passbc )k bearing No.T23080O40312 uide Khata No.562 under thr provisions of the Telangana Rights in Land and Pattadar ) rssbooks Act, a 2O2O. Learned counsel for the petitioner would I ,r rther submit that, pursuant to the legal notice issued by i t: petitioner's counsel, the Ta1-sildar issued a notice in Rc. N c t]/t4812o2s, dated 03.O3.2025, requiring the petitioner t,r produce the 3 EVV, J Wp_32553_2025 documentary evidence of the land title within seven days from the date of the said notice. Thrs request was made on the ground that the land admeasuring Ac.O'30 guntas in Survey No' 465, which is claimed, is reportedly unavailable ln this regard, learned counsel submits that, in the absence of the relevant records, the official respondents should not have modihed the patta with regard to the extent from Acs' 12 O6 guntas to Acs. 12.36 gr.rntas. Therefore, Iearned counsel prays this Court to pass approPriate orders.

On the other hand, the learned Assistant Government Ple4der for Revenue, appearing for the ofhcial respondents' submits that the petitioner should have hled the necessary documents to demonstrate his title over the subject land in response to the Tahsildar's notice. In the absence of such documentary evidence , information obtained under the Right to Information Act is insufhcient to justify the recording of the missing extent of Ac.0.3O guntas in favour of the petitioner' He further submits that, under Rule 4 of the Telangana Bhu Bharati (Record of Rights in Land) Rules, 2025 ('Bhu Bharati Rules,2025') , the petitioner is required to file an application' -\-- -- .- 4 t]VV, J \\p 32553 2025 upon which the official respondents would ti J c appropriate action in accordance with law.

Having heard the learned counsel for th( :etilioner and the learned Assistant Government Pleader lbr Revcnue, this Court, without expressing any opinion on the m( r ts of the case, is of the opinion that the impugned notice, whicir was served on the petitioner through WhatsApp directing hinr r [ik: rel:vant documents, is not in accordance with the 1r :scribed legal procedure. However, this Court deems it approl)r a te to dispose of the Writ Petition by granting liberry to thc pct,L :ncr to file an application under Rule 4 of the Bhu Bharati Rulc ;,2025. Upon receipt of such an application, the official resp rndents shall examine the matter and, if it meets the stalulor r requirements of the Bhu Bharati Rules, shall pass approp- rte orders in accordance '*'ith the law, after serving notice to ir.l lhe interested parties, including Respondent No. 4, and affo-, ing them an opportunity of personal hearing.
