After filing of contempt case, a spot inspection on 08.10.2025 \\'as [aken up the concerned authoritics. Bv letter bearing No.282lSRNAGAR/2025, dated 15.1O.2025, addressed from the office Sub-Registrar, Sanjeevareddl, Nagar, to the Office of District Regrstrar, it r,r,as decided to lix the market value, AS per directions of Court in W P No.2I 186 of 2023.
