The case of the petitioner, in brief, is that the petitioner is a helpless woman and that taking advantage of her helplessness, the respondent Nos.S to 8 are harassing and threatening the petitioner to sell her house i.e., Villa No.13 situatcd at Kokapet, Pavani Boulevard, Kokapet village, Gandipet, Ranga Reddy Dislrict; that for the said reason the petitioner had approached the 4fi respondent and submitted representation dated 17 .O4 .2025 seeking to provide police protection from thc unofficial respondent; tht inspite of the petitioner submi[ting the aforesaid representation, no action is taken thereon, as resuit of which the respondent authorities are continuously harassing and threatening the petitioner; and t-hus, the inaction on the part of the respondent authorities it is conlended as highly illegal and arbitrary. !!rI-\. -.H#FH '1 ,.r, ;;..-11.# 2
3. Per contra, learned Government pleader for Home appearing on behalf ol rcspondent Nos. Learned G()vernmcnt pleader further submits that if thc petitioner is aggricvecl cither by the action taken by the rcspondcr-rt auth(,ri1ies u,hi1e causing enquiry into the aforesaid complainr or closurc ol thc aforesaid complaint, the petitioner has to av:ril lurth<_,r rcmedy providcd under tl_re Bharatiya Nagrik Suraksha Sar-rhita (BNSS).

I hitve takel note ol thc respective contentions urged. 6' Th.ugrr the pe titioner claims of she being the owner of the house bearing Vi .la No. 13, Kokapct, Ranga Reddy District and the unofficial rt,spondcnt Nos.S to g are harassing and threatening her to sell the house property, it is to be noted that the 5d, respondent, against whom the allegation made, is shown to bre the resident of the same housc as that of the petitioner. -lw 3

Further, the petitioner having approached the 4th respondent authority and lodging the complaint on IZ.O4.2O2S, thc re spondent authorities after causing preliminary enquiry having closed the said complaint as ,lack of euidence, on 15.05.2025 and also issuing notice to the petitioner, this Court is o[ the view that the petitioner if aggrieved by the aforesaid action taken by the respondent has to avail further remedies provided under BNSS and for the said reason cannot maintain the petition.
