Sai Chakravarthy, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, learned Government Pleader for Home appearing for respondents and perused the material available on record.
2. The case of the petitioner is that the petitioner's father was initially appointed as constable PC No. 3O in the year 1984 at SARCPL, Amberpet and worked with best satisfaction of higher authorities and without complaint of any superior officers and met with an accident at Khairatab ad on 2-2-1994 and undergone treatment at Osmania General hospital at Hyderabad. Subsequently, petitioner's father was transferred to Nalgonda as Police Constable PC No. 34 and worked as Head Constable and due to health condition, petitioner's father was retired on medical invalidation on 3O-6-2O04 and as per certificate issued by Medical board, the Chairman Medical Board has issued the Lr.No. l)lgIMB/2OO4 dt' 11-3-2004' \ \ 2 Though the petitioner,s father service is up to June, 2025 nearly 20 years of service, due to medical invalidation, retired from service Petitioner's father is having one son and one daughter and at the time of retirement, petitioner,s grand mother was also living with petitioner,s father and his mother faced so many financial probiems for medical treatment and the petitioner wzrs minor at the time of his father retirement and his case was not considered.for appointment in any suitable post on medical in validation. 3' Learned counser for the petitioner submits that the petitioner,s father made a representation for considering the petitioner on compassionate appointment on medical invalidation, but the superintendent of police issued proceedings dt. 2S_7_2016, stating that the Govt. of A.p. issued Go.Ms-No. 202 GAD (ser.A) dept. dt. 2z_4_2oo2 and rejected the representation of his father d.t. 25_1-2016. Aggrieved by the said rejection order, the petitioner made an appeal dated 03.06.2025 before the 2.d respondent and the said appeal is pending till today. Hence, the present writ petition.
4. Learned Government Pleader for the respondents submits that they have no objection to consider the case of the petitioner within a stipulated time and pass appropriate orders, in accordance with law.
5. Having considered the submissions made by the learned counsel for both the parties, the 2.d respondent authority is directed to consider and dispose of the appeal dated
03.06.2025, submitted by tlfe petitioner and pass appropriate orders in accordance with law, within a period of Six (06) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
6. With the above direction, this Writ Petition is disposed of, at the admission stage itself. No order as to costs.
