3. subsequent to the file of this writ petition, when the matter has been taken up on 07.10.202s, learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner is norv staying in India, as the petitioner has lost his job in Malaysia and the petitioner woulcl be continuing to !-\'\-:- stay in India and would co-operate in F.I.I{.No.9l of 2024, dated

28.04.2024 and the petitioner had filed an affida'it to that effect. 4' Since the petitioner has submitted affidavit stating that he is living in India and would co-operate with the hial in c.c.N o.570 of 2025 pending on the file of Additional Judicial First Class Magistrate- cum-Il Adclitional Junior Civil Judge at suryapet arising out of Crime in F.I.R'No.97 of 2024 dated 28.04.2024. the Look Out Circular Notice vide No.01/sIC/ Loc/ ACK/ 202s / zs0oaol96z dated 24.01.202s issued against the petitioner is set-aside. However, the petitioner is directed to appear in the trial Court as and when matter is listecl.
