BHASKAR REDDY ORDER WRIT PETITION No.16978 of 202S It is stated that the petitioners are cultivating the land admeasuring Ac. I .O0 guntas each in Sy. Nos. l8O I 6, IBO 127 and l8O I 19, respectively, situated at Yenkepally Village, Moinabad Mandal, Ranga Reddy District, for the past several years. It is further stated that the petitioners and their predecessors-in- interest are in possession ol rhe said land since more than six decades and enjoying the said property as absolute owners. It is further stated that the petitioners made an applications seeking for issuance of pattadar passbooks duly taking into consideration of their long possession to enjoy the absolute rights over the subject property and to receive various incentives sanctioned by the Government as investment subsidies for cultivation of the said land. It is further stated respondent No.4 had submitted a report No.D/ Moinabad/TM-33No.25OOOO772 and (33) dated oil.O4.2o25, stating that the subject lands are Government lands and therefore the petitioners' applications cannot be considered and accordingly rejected the same on 29 .O4.2025. The grievance of the petitioners is that now the respondents are I I l \--1 CVBR, J \Yp_16978 2025 - taking steps to allot the lands in Sy. No. l gO to some private entities for extraneous considerations_ Hence, this, writ petition. 2. Considered the submissions of thc learned c ounsel for the petitioner and Sri L.Ravinder, learned Assistan. (iovernment Pleader for Revenue appearing for respondent Nrrs. I to 4 and u.ith their consent, this writ petition is being disprsed of at the admission stage.

Learned Assistarrt Government pleader fbr Revenue, placing reliance on the report of respondent No.z uide report No.D/Moinabad/TM_33No.2SOOOO772 and (33) dated nil.O4.2O2S, has submitted that the nature ot the lands in Sy.No. 180 to an extent of Acs.99.14 guntas recorried from the Khasra Pahani onwards i.e. 1954_55 as Sarkari land and the said entries are continuing even from the latcst Bhu Bharati Portal prepared under the provisions of the Te zrng:rna Bhu Bharati (Record of Rights in Land) Act, 2O2S (for short "the Act 7 of 2025"). 4 It is not out of place to mention that to know the nature of land_s .and its classification and interest of the land frame I Hl.derabad owners/ tenant the State Government has Land Revenue Regulations, I35g Fasli and prepared final CVBR T Wp_t 6q7S 2025 records called as Khasra pahani in the year ]9S4-SS.
