2. Considered the submissions of the learned counsel for the respective parties and with their consent, this writ petition is being disposed of at the ission stage. "d1 2 { It is stated that the petitioner is the owner and 3. possessor of agricultural land admeasuring Ac' O'2O guntas in Survey No' 148/AA8(148 part)' situated at Vatinagullapally Village, Gandipet Mandal (erstwhile Rajendranagar Mandal), Ranga Reddy District' having purchased the same through a registered sale deed vide Document No' 13243 of 2O06' dated 21'O6'2006' It is further stated that the propert5r purchased by the petitioner was included in the list of prohibited properties on the ground that a court case is pending overthelandinSurveyNo'148/AA8'situatedat Vatinagullapally Village' Gandipet Mandal' 4. karned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner contended that the casQs instituted over ttre subject property, i'e', W'P' No' 21643 of 2022 and other cases, have ended in dismissal' Therefore' the petitioner is entitled to seek deletion of the property fromthelistofprohibitedpropertiestoenjoyabsolute rights over the ProPertY ' -/l 3

5. Learned Government Pleader for Revenue appearing on behalf of the respondents has not disputed that the petitioner purchased the property under registered sa-le deeds, and that the petitioner's narne was recorded in the title deeds under Katha No. 990 and pattadar passbooks were issued.

6. In view of the above, as there a-re no cases pending as on date for listing the subject property in the list of prohibited properties, the respondents may I be directed to examine the application submitted by the petitioner for deletion of the property.

7. Learned Government Pleader further submitted \ that the State Government has the power to de-notify the lalds from the list of prohibited properties under Section 22-A(4) of the Registration Act. B. In view of the above provision, the petitioner is permitted to make an appropriate application for deletion of the property from the list of prohibited properties. On such application being submitted by the b t petitioner, the respondents shall consider the same in \ accordance \vith the provisions of the Registration Act and the rules made thereunder, and if the petitioner's application satisfies all the requirements, respondents are directed to de-notify the property from the list of prohibited properties within a period of three (3) months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

9. With the above directions, the writ petition IS disposed of. No Costs.
