Grievance of the petitioners is that respondent Nos'1 and 3 are not initiating steps for grant of No Objection Certificate (NOC) and affiliation for the newly afiproved B.Tech programmes in petitioner No.2 lnstitution, despite the petitioners having obtained due approval from respondent No.4 - AICTE for the Academic Year 2025-26'
