2. Considered the submissions of the learned counsel for the respective parties and with their consent, this writ petition is being disposed of at the admission stage. 2

It is stated that the petitioner is the owner and possessor of agricultural land admeasuring Ac. 1.00 guntas in Survey No. 148/AA5 (148 part), situated at Vatinagullapally Village, Gandipet Mandal (erstwhile Rajendranagar Mandal), Ralga Reddy District, having purchased the same through a registered sale deed vide Document No. 13246 of 20O6, dated 21.06.2006. It is further stated that the property purchased by the petitioner rvas included in the list of prohibited properties on the ground that a court case is pending over the land in Survey No. 148/AA5, situated at Vatinagullapally Village, Gandipet Mandal.
4. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner contended that the cases instituted over the subject property, i.e., W.P. No. 21643 of 2022 and other cases, have ended in dismissal. Therefore, the petitioner is entitled to seek deletion of the propert5r from the list of prohibited properties to enj oy absolute rights over the properqr. J
5. Learned Government Pleader for Revenue appearing on behalf of the respondents has not disputed that the petitioner purchased the proper[r under registered sale deeds, and that the petitioner,s narne was recorded in the title deeds under Katha No. 986 and pattadar passbooks were issued.

In view of the above, as there are no cases pending as on date for listing the subject property in the list of prohibited properties, the respondents may be directed to examine the application submitted by the petitioner for deletion of the property. 7 . Learned Government Pleader further submitted that the State Government has the power to de-notify the lands from the list of prohibited properties under Section 22-A(4) of the Registration Act.
8. In view of the above provision, the petitioner is permitted to make an appropriate application for deletion of the property from the list of prohibited properties. On such application being submitted by the I .-I petitioner, i-he respondents shall consider the same in accordance 'n,ith the provisions of the Registration Act and the rules made thereunder, and if the petitioner's application satisfies all the requirements, respondents are directe<l to de-notify the property from the list of prohibited properties within a period of three (3) months frorn the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
9. With the above directions, the writ petition 1S disposed of No Costs.
