3. Learned counsel for the petitioners further submits that in similar circumstances, this Court allowed the W.P.No.l292B of 2023 on 28.04.2023 and requested to pass similar order in this writ petition also.

On the other hand, the learned Assistant Government Pleader for Stamps and Registration submits that without approaching the registering authorities, the petitioners have approached this Court ar-ld filed the instant writ petition. If the petitioners present the same before the Registering authority, the respondents will receive the same. The learned Assistalt Government pleader for Stamps and Registration is not disputing the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioners with regard to disposal of W.P.No.12928 of 2023 and requested to pass appropriate orders as per law.

In view of the above made submissions by both sides and for the reasons alike in the order in W.P.No.l292B of 2023 dated 2a.04.2O23, this writ petition is disposed of by directing the respondents to forthwith 3 w.P.No.iztz4 ,fZIL:t delete the subject property from the list of prohibitory properties and permit the pe tioners to make transactions in respect of the subject pro erty in accordance with law.
