2. stated that the Petitioner is the absolute owner and It ts of land admeasuring to an extent of Acs 0 12 gr-rntas in Survey No.2lal A2 and Acs 1.28 guntas in Survey No 2AA' totally admeasuring Acs 2-O guntas , situated at Nyamathapur Village' Kadthat Mandal' Ranga Re District (for short, 'the subject land') and the name of the petitioner was reflected in all the revenue records as pattadar and pattadar passbook and title deed was issued in favour of the petitioner uide Passbook No.TO5100040096 and Katha No'126' It is further stated that the petitioner has submitted F-Line application Nos'DER 022401061598 dated 06'06'2024 and DERO225O1181O17 dated 23 05'2O25 to the respondent authorities' by paying requisite fee to conduct survey of the subject land and hx the bouqlaries. The grievance of the petitioner is that even after receiving the \./ t 2 CVBR, J t '. It is se rtlc< Iarv that the Survey Department has thc ruthority to conduct survey rLnrl ( onrarcate lands in accordance wrlh t'e 1:-Ovisions of the Telangana L:rnrl [i:,,enue Act, 13i7 Fasli (Act No VIIr of 131 ' Fasli), the Surve v i: r 1,1 Boundaries Act, 1923, and the Ru es framed Thc t-lo,,r t nment has issued various circulars sp( cilving the lor co rcLu -rng surveys, particularly F-Line (rekl nte rsurement) thereunder Telangana condi tions A I \ CVBR, J W.P.No'17O97 of 2025 surveys. 7. this Court deems it petition directing respondent authoritles application Nos'DER022401061598 appropriate to dispose of this writ to examine the Petitioner's F-Line 06.06.2024 and DER022501181017 dated 23'05'2025 submitted for conducting survey and demarcation by fixing boundary stones to the subject land of the petitioner and if the petitioner futfrlls all the conditions mentioned in the circulars issued by the Commissioner' Survey' Settlements and Land Records from time to time' after issuing notices to all the persons interested and adjacent pattadars and after considering their objections' the respondent authorities sha1l conduct survey of the aforesaid land' within a period of eight (8) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order' 4
