No. l94l I / 1, situated at Begumpet Village, Balanagar Revenue Mandal, Medchal- Malkajgiri District, and in not earmarking an extent of Ac.

No. L94/8/1, situated at Begumpet Village, Balanagar Revenue Maldal, Medchal- Mafkajgiri District, as per the Town Survey Record TS No. 5, Ward No. 99, Block-E of Greater Hyderabad City prepared for Begumpet Village. 2. When the matter was taken up for cor sideration, Sri B. Nageshwar Rao, learned counsel repro ;enting the learned counsel on record for the petitioner, submitted that during the pendency of the Writ petitio r, the writ petitioner passed away. Hence, he seeks libr rt5r for the legal representatives of the writ petitioner 1.r make an appropriate application before the 7n resp, conducting a survey and identifring the . r Indent for nd to an extent of Acs. 5.10 guntas in Sy. No. 194/gi at Begumpet Village, Balanagar Revenue , situated Mandal, Medchal-Ma_lkaj giri District.

Sri Sandeep, learned counsel represi,,nting t]le learned Assistant Government pleader for Revenue, upon instructions, submitted that a civil r.ispute is pending before the V Additional Chief Judge, City Civil Court, Hyderabad, in O.S. No. 353 of l97a, a.n 1 that the subject land is covered under the schedule rt' the said suit. He accordingly seeks for issuance a1 propriate directions. 4, Having heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Assistant Government pleader for Revenue, and upon perusal of the material on record, this Court, without expressing any opinion on the merits or demerits of the case, deems it appropriate to grant liberty to the legal representatives of the deceased writ petitioner to work out their remedies in accordalce with law.
