2. Complaining violation of the orders of this Court dated 26.03.2025 passed in W.P.No.786 of 2022, the present Contempt Case is filed. The re!evant porti on of the order of his Court 2A22 is

The respondents are directed to consider the request of the petitioners in counting the past services rendered by the petltioners in contingent establishment from the date of petitioners initial aplointment to till the date of regularization for commencement of qualifying service as per G'O Ms' No.156 Finance and Planning (FW. PEN'1) Department dated 29-04-1983 for the purpose of sanction of pensron by duly taking into consideration the fact as 'born" on record that similar relief had been extended to petitioners in W.P. No. 7343 cf 2O19 vide its order dated 24.11.2022 which had even been complied with vide Memo No. 2046l G/2O23, dated 17 'tO'2O24' issued in favour of the petitioners thereunder in W'P' B,@@ \-:ii-il-- '{, ::..i-:'' r, '.,.:; 2 SN,J C.C.No.1434 2025 No. l'343 of 2019, in accordance to law, within a period of four (4) weeks From the date of receipt of a copy of the order and take a decision on the subject issue and duly communicate the decision to the petitioner. Learned Assistant Government pleader, appearing on behalf ot= the respondents, placing relianc€, on Memo No.B3B3/G/2025 dated 18.09.2025 issued by the Secretary to Government, Health, Medical and Family Welfare (G) Department in compliance to the directions oi this Court, dated 26.03.2025 passed in W.p.No.786 of 2O?.2, contends that the orders of this Court had been duly complied with, and the request of the petitioner had been duly considered, and detailed speaking orders had been passed rejecting the request of'the petitioner by assigning reasons.

5. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioners submits that the impugned order passed in pursuance to the orders oF this Court dated 26.03.2025 passed in W.p.No.786 of 2022 is in clear violation of the orders dated 26.03.2025 of this Court and therefore, the respondents are liable for contempt. 3 S N,J C.C.No.1434 2025 i I I I

6. This Court opines that merits of the proceedings dated 18.09.2025 vide memo No.83B3/G/2025 issued by the 1't respondent herein in compliance to the directions of this Court dated 26.03.2025 passed in W.P.No.786 of 2022 cannot be gone into under contempt jurisdiction'
