VINOD KUMAR WRIT PETITION No.17153 OF 2025 ORDER: Heard learned Counsel for the petitioner, learned Government Pleader for Home appearing on behalf of respondent Nos.1 to 4 , and with the consent of learned Counsel appearing for the parties, the Writ Petition is taken up for hearing and disposal at the stage of admission.

2. The case of the petitioner, in brief, is that one Pasumati Ravi has been interfering with the petitioner's possession over his agriculture land admeasuring Ac.O.2O gts. in Sy. No.42/O of Kompalli village, Bhupalpalli Mandal, Jayshankar Bhupalpalli District and that aggrieved by the aforesaid action, the petitioner had approached the respondent authorities and lodged a complaint based on which a case uide Crime No.602 of 2024 daLed 06.11.2024 has been registered.

3. Petitioner further contends that while the aforesaid complaint is pending investigation and taking action against the accsued, the said Pasumati Ravi once again sought to interfere with the petitioner's possession over the land of Ac.0.2O gts., on

28.05.2025, upon which the petitioner had approached the respondent authority arld submitted a complaint on I 2 lti€ ':L.'- ,i

31.05.2025, and on the basis of the said completint, no crime has been registered against the said Sri pasumati liavi.

Pelitior-rer further contends that while thc carlie r FIR registcred against Sri Pasumati Ravi and subsequenr corrrplarnt made by the petitioner against the same silicl pcrsolt, arc pending for acLion to be taken by the responclent authorities, the respondent authorities are interfering with the petitioner,s agriculture land to an extent of Ac. 0.20 gts., in Sy.No.42/O r.r,hich action ol the 4m respondent it is conttrnrlccl as highlv arbitrerry, illegal and without authority and sanction of law.

5. Per contra, learned Government plea der for Flome appearing on behalf of respondents while d,,-nving the writ avermcnts u'ould submit that one p. Ravi had approachr:cl the respondcnt authorities and lodged a complaint. on 31.0,c.2025 against the petitioner herein and while the szLid compleLint is pending enquiry, the petitioner had approached the respcndent authorities and lodged a complaint against the saicl p. RavL.

Learned Government Pleader further sr.rbmits thztt the respondent authorities by causing preiiminary enquiry into both the complaints lodged by the petitioner as q,ell as zrgainst the petitioner have closed both the complaints on O5.06.2025 by I t J I directing the parties to approach the concerned civil Court and that intimation of the action taken on the aforesaid complaints were given to the complainants. \ $

Learned Government Pleader further qqbmits that the respondent authorities except causing enquiry into the complaint lodged and against the petitioner are not interfering with the petitioner's agriculture land to an extent of Ac.0.20 gts. in Sy. No.42/O of Kompalli village, Bhupalli Mandal, Jayshankar Bhupalpalli District.

8. The aforesaid submission made by the learned Government Pleader for Home is taken on record.

In view of the aforesaid submission and taking note of the fact that the respondent authorities having closed the complaint lodged by one Sri Pasumati Ravi against the petitioner, as weil as the complaint lodged by the petitioner against the said person as 'ciuil in nature' on 05.06.2025 and directing the parties to approach the competent Court of civil jurisdiction, this Court is of the view that the respondents are directed not to interfere in the civil disputes and also with the personal life and liberty of the petitioner except in accordance with 1aw. 4

10. Subject to the above direction, the Writ Fetition is disposed of.
