The oeti oner aooroached he Court seekino Draver as u nder: "to pass an order or direction one in the nature of the writ of mandamus or any other appropriate writ or direction holding that the action of the Respondents in not considering the representation dated 10-06-2023 filed by the Petitioner and not sanctioning new MEE-SEVA and not selecting the Petitioner as MEE-SEVA KIOSK Operator at Ward No.25, Kagaznagar, Komuram Bheem, Asifabad District, is illegal, arbitrary, malicious, motivated, against the principles of natural justice and fair play, besides discrimination and violative of Articles t4, 19,21 of the Constitution of India and may be pleased to direct the Respondents to sanction the MEE-SEVA and select the 2 SN,J wP 17't4t 2024 Petitioner as MEE-SEVA KIOSK Operator at Ward No.25, Kagaznagar, Komuram Bheern, Asifabad District as per the Notification issued by the Respondent No.3 and to pass such other order or orders as this Hon'ble Court may deem fit and proper in the interest of justice."

The case of the petitioner, in brief, is that the petitioner is a permanent resident of Kagaznagar, Komurambheem, Asifabad District and petitioner had applied for selection as a MEE-SEVA KIOSK Operator at Ward No.25. The petitioner submitted all the required documents, and passed the written examination with 27 marks. Despite being eligible, the selection of the petitioner had been ignored. The petitioner vide detailed representation dated t9.06.2023 addressed to the respondents herein, requested the respondents to sanction new MEE-SEVA KIOSK and to select the petitioner as MEE-SEVA KIOSK Operator at Ward No.25, Kagaznagar, Komuram Bheem, Asifabad District, however, no action had been initiated on the said representation as on date. Aggrieved by the same, the petitioner filed the present writ petition.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that the writ petition could be disposed of directing the respondents to consider the petitioner's representation dated 19.06.2023 seeking sanction of new MEE-SEVA KIOSK and also to consider the J SN,J wP t7741 2024 request of the petitioner to select the petitioner as MEE-SEVA KIOSK Operator at Ward No.25, Kagaznagar, Komuram Bheem' Asifabad District, within a reasonable period'

Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Information Technology appearing on behalf of the respondent Nos'1 and 2 and the learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue appearing on behalf of the respondent Nos.3 and 4 does not dispute the said submission made by the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner.
6.
