Heard Sri K.Venumadhav, learned counsel for the petitioner; learned Government Pleader for Energy for respondent No. l; and Sri A.Chandrashekar, learned Standing Counsel for Telangana Northern Power Distribution Corporation Limited, for respondent Nos.2 to 5. With their consent, this Writ petition is taken up for disposal at the admission stage itself.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is absolule owner and possessor of land admeasuring Ac.O.37 guntas in Sy.No- 181/4, situated at Dhamaram Village, Korutla Mandal, Jagtial District and the same \\.as acquired from the petitioner's father by virtue of GifL Settlement Deed document No.262 of 2023, dated 02.O3.2023.
