It is settled la',v that r-he Surve-v Depar tment hcs the autho.iilr to conduct su.vey and dernarcate lancl , ir: accordancc ',rrith the provrsions cf the Telangona Larrd Rcvenur Acr. l3l7 Fasli 3 (Act No. VIII of 1317 Fasli), the Telangana Survey arrd Boundaries Act, 1923, and the Rules framed thereunder' The Government has issued various circulars specifying the conditions for conducting surveys, particularly F-Line (fieid measurement) surveys ' Individuals requesting such surveys are required to submit specihc documents, and if the conditions slipulated in the circulars are fulfrlled, the survey and boundary fixation may be conducted. The Commissioner, Survey; Settlements and Land Records' exercising powers under the Telangana Survey and Boundaries Act' 1923' time vide issued relevant circulars from time to Rc.No.N1/6543I99, d'ated' 25'07 2OOl' Rc'No N1/1408/O7' dated 13.O7.2OO7, and Rc.No'N2/174Ll2OlO' dated 18'05'2010 stipulating the conditions for conducting survey of private Iands and as per the said circulars, if the petitioner fulf,rlls all the conditions of the said circular, it rs an obligation for the respondents to conduct survey within the time specified in the said circulars. T.Inviewoftheaforesaiddiscussion,thisCourtdeemsit appropriate to dispose of this writ petition directing respondent Nos.3,4 ald 5 to examine the petitioner F-Line application' dated |0.06.2025submittedforconductingsurveyanddemarcationby fixing boundary stones to the Petitioner land to an extent of Ac'2- \ \ 4 25 guntas in Sy.No. 145/kha), situated at Paramala Village, Gadwal Manda-l Jogulamba Gadwal District and if the pe:titioner fulhlis a-ll the conditions mentioned in the circulars issued by the Commissioner, Survey, Settlements and Land Rer:ords from time to time, after issuing notices to all the perscn s interested and adjacent pattadars and after considering their objections, respondent l{cs.3, 4 and 5 shall conduct surve r' of the aforesaid land, within a period of eight (8) weeks from the rlate of receipt of a copy of this order.
8. With tl-re above observations, this Writ Petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
