2. According to the petitioners, respondent l,los.2 to 4 are interfering with the personal liberty of the petiti,rners without following due procedure laid down under law.

3. Whr:reas, learned Assistant Governmenl Pleader for Home, on instructions, would submit that res':ondent No.2 ) I received a call through dial 100 on 03.03.2125. For the pulpose of investigation, respondent No.2 hrs called the petitioners herein and except that, he has not dore any.thing as alleged in the writ affidavit.

It is also brought to the notice of th:s Court that petitioner Nos.1 to 5 have filed a suit in O.S.No.508 of 2025 against respondent Nos.6 and 7 for perpetual injunction and I KL, J W.P No.l68l3 of2025 the same is pending. In the said suit, I.A.No,g 0 of 2025 is filed seeking temporary injunction and the same is also pending. 5 In the light of the aforesaid discussion, this writ petition is disposed of directing respondent No.2 not to interfere with the civil disputes pending between the petitioners and respondent Nos.6 and 7.
