Learned Government pleader submits that the bi,ls pertaining to the retirement benefits of the pefitioner are already processed. However, due to dearth of funds, the amounts could not be released to the petitioner on time. Learned Government pleader further submits that as per seriatim of the token numbers, amounts will be released to the beneficiaries.
