Petition under Article 226 of the constitution of India praying that in the circumstances stated in the Affidavit filed herein the High Court will be pleased to issue a Writ, order or direction more in the nature of Writ of Mandamus, declaring the letter dt.8-8-1994 issued by the respondent herein is arbitrary, illegal and against the principles of natural justice and consequently direct the respondent to continue the petitioner as Co-Ordinator, ADRA Komigiri Prakasham Dist .in the interest of justice. Counsel for the Petitioner: MR.AIJAZ AHMED (Not present) Counsel for the Respondent :None appeared.
