It is further stated that thc petitioners were also receiving various incentives sanctioned by the Government as investment subsidies for cultivation of the subject land. It is further stateC that after repeal and replace of the ROR Act, 1971 with Telangana Rights in Land and Pattadar Passbooks Act, 2O2O (for short 'the Act 9 of 2O2O") when e- pattadar passbooks have not been issued in favour of the petitioners to enable them to receive various incentives from the Government, the petitioners have made an application, dated
19.03.2025 to respondent No.3 requesting to issue pattadar passbooks to them but till date, they have not received any response to the said application. Hence, the writ petition.
3. Considered the submissions of the learned counsel for the petitioners and Sri L.Ravinder, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue appearing for the respondents and with their consent, this writ petition IS being disposed of at the admission stage

Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue, for the respondents submitted that Act 9 of 2020 has been repealed and replaced by the Telangana Bhu Bharati (Record of Rights in Land) Act, 2025 (for short "the Bhu Bharati Act") and in terms of the provisions of the Bhu Bharati Act, Rules have been framed commonly called as Telangana Bhu Bharati X,J (Recorcl ol Fllghts in Land) Rules, 2025 (for shorl "1,Lre Bhu Bharati i., lss") uide G.O.Ms.No.39, Rt:ve:-rute (Land AdnrinislrtLtirc-l) Department, dated 14.O4.2O')'5.
