Heard Sri Rapolu Bhasker, learned Counsel for the petitioner and Mrs.S.Sravanthi, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Stamps and Registration appearing for the official respondents. 3 The learned Counsel for the petitioner would submit that aggrieved by the Award passed by the respondent No.2 in ARB OP No.684 of 2ota the petitioner frled Appeal before the respondent No.1 in Appeal No.O13984 on the gror-rnd that the respond.ent No.2 passed Award without issuing arry notice and \_li Pqge 2 of3 SK,I without giving opportunity to the petitioner to contest the case. Taking advantage ofthe exparte orders passed in ARB Case No.684 of 2024, the respondent No.3 filed E.P.No.49O of 2022 against the petitioner and others on the file of XXII Junior Civil Judge, Hyderabad for attachment of the propefties of the petitioner and respondent Nos.4 to 9 and the petitioner came to know about the same when the Bailiff of the Court tried to attach the properties of the petitioner. Immediately, the petitioner filed appeal before the respondent No.1 on O1.O5.2O25, but the respondent No.1 is not disposing of the appeal, due to which the respondent No.3 is trying to attach the salary of the petitioner by filing E.P and sought a direction to the respondent No.1 to dispose of the appeal filed by the petitioner. 4 Ms.S.Sravatnhi, learned Assistant Governrnent Pleader for Stamps and Registration would submit that the respondent No.l will dispose of the appeal filed by Page 3 of3 SK,] the petitioner as expeditiously as possible and requested to pass appropriate orders.

5. After hearing both sides, without going into merits of the case, this writ petition is disposed of by directing the respondent No.1 is dispose of the appeal filed by the petitioner vide Appeal No.O13984, as per law, within three (3) months from the date of receipt of copy of this order. No order as to cbsts.
