1. Heard Mr.Anirudh Sadhu, learned counsel for the petitioner, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Roads and Buildings appearing, Sri Ram Sheinker Sharma, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Finance and Planning and Sri Putta Krishna Reddy, learned Standing Counsel for Municipalities and perused the record.

2. The learned Counsel for the petitioner would submit that the writ petition is filed questioning the action of thc respondents in not releasing the payment of Rs. 1,07,4 1,18O/- in respect of the construction work done by the petitioner with regard to Integrated Market (Veg & Non Veg), at TD Gutta Railway Gate in Mahabubnagar District in pursuance of the Technical Sanction Memo, Engineer-in-Chief (R&B), Buildings & NH No.126l2OL7-18, dated 02.03.2018, which is pending for several months, even after completion o[ work as per the terms of \ 2 SK,J respondent No.3 and 4 and sought a c irection to the respondents to release the payments.

3. The learned Assistant Governme et pleader for Roads and Buildings/Respondent No.3 dic not dispute the submission made by the learned. Counsel lr r the petitioner with regard to the work done by the petitioner and requested to pass appropriate orders.

4. The learned Assistant Governm,: rt pleader for Finalce and Planning, would submit that :he respondent authorities will release the amount and toli,n number also generated as 2514403352 and they ar-, I awaiting for approval of the Government and reqrr :sted to pass appropriate orders.

5. In view of the submissions made tn either side, this writ petition is disposed of by directin6 :he respondent authorities to release an amount of Rs.59 3l,4lg/_ vide token No.25114403352 dated 1g.06.2021 and another amount of Rs.47,59,76L/_, as per the l)igital Cheque 3 s,(,J No.2524374932 dt.29.O3.2O25, issued in favour of the petitioner, totailing to Rs. 1,07,41,1g0/_ (Rupees One Crore seven lakhs forty one thousand one hundred and eighty only) to the petitioner, within eight (g) weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order.
