2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner, Iearned Government Pleader for Cooperation appearing for respondent No. I and learned Government Pleader for Revenue appearing for respondent No.2.

3. karned counsel for the petitioner submits that the vendor of the petitioner was the member of the 3.d respondent society and the 3.d respondent has given No Objection to the vendor, 2 consequent to r.r,hich, the vendor has sold the property by way of registered sale deed in favour of the petitioner. It is further stated that the petitioner had made a representation asking the 3.d respondent society to admit him as a member and also give him No Objection Certificate for sale of his property. Learned counsel placed reliance on the order passed by this Court in W.p.No.1g947 of 2025 d,ated, O3.O7.2025, whErein in similar circumstances, this Court has directed the respondent No.3 therein to consider the representation of the petitioner therein for issuance of membership and also No Objection Certihcate.

4. Having regard to the fact that the petiLioner,s vendor Sri C.Praveen has already been given No Objection Certificate on

31.07.2023 for sale of the property in favour of the petitioner herein and registered document has been executed in favour of the petitioner, this Court is inclined to direct the 3.a respondent societ5z to consider the representation of the petitioner to admit him as member of the society and thereafter, issue No Objection Certificate for sale of the properff to 3.a party. The 3.a respondent shall pass orders expeditiously, prelerably within a period of two months from the date of reccipt of a copy of this order.
