2. Heard Sri N.Ramu, learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Government Pleader for Services-lII for respondents.

3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner retired from service on 3O.O4.2O24 and till now, her retirement benefits were not released by the respondents. I I

4. Learned Government Pleader submits that the bills pertaining to the retirement benehts of the petitioner are already processed. However, due to dearth of funds, the amounts could not be released to the petitioner on time. Learned Government Pleader further submits that as per seriatim of the token numbers, amounts will be released to the beneltciaries.

5. Having regard to the above submissions, this Writ Petition is disposed of directing the respondents to release and pay the admitted Commutation Bill amount of Rs'13,41,807/- STO Token No.2516977226, dated O2'O7-2O24, and Gratuity (TG Share) Bill Amount of 2,5aj931- STO Token No.2576977240, dated O2-O7-2024, and Commutation (CAP Share) Bill Amount ot 20,22,263 /- STO Token !- \ \ ' Fa fE -:-t ..'-15.
