Heard Ms. Srilalitha, learned counsel representtng Mr. Dadi Radhakrishna, learned counsel for the petitioner on record and learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue. 3 Learned counsel for Lhe petitioncr u.ould submit that originally petitioner's great grandfather namely Katipelli Narsimhulu was the absolute ou,ner and possessor of land admeasuring Ac.0-O4 gts in Sy.No.251 and Ac.O 09 gts in Sy.No.251, situated at Potharam Village, Mallial Mandalam, Jagityal District (hereinafter referred Lo as "the subject land"); that after his death, his grandfarher namely Katipelli Sayabu became owner of the subject land ar-rd after his death, the same t,as devolved to the father of the petitioner namely Katepalli Gangireddy and the same was succeeded to by the petitroner 2 herein.
