It is the case o[ the petitioner that his father and two others have jointly purchased thq agricultural land admeasuring.Ac.Sl-O 1 guntas in Sy.Nos.14B, I4g, 150 and 151, situated at Rajendranagar Mandal, Ranga Reddy District, through registered Sale Deed dated 3O.04.2OO5 and in partition his father got an extent of Ac. 17-OO guntas as his share from the total land and the revenue authorities issued pattadar passbook in favour of his lather vide patta No.27g. Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue, for the respondents submitted that Act 9 of 2O2O has been repealed and replaced by the Telangana Bhu Bharati (Record of Rights in Land) Act, 2025 (for short "the Bhu Bharati Act,,) and in terms of the provisions of the Bhu Bharati Act, Rules have been framed commonly called as Telangana Bhu Bharati (Record of Rights in Land) Rules, 2025 (tor short "the Bhu Bharati Rules.) uide G.O.Ms.No.39, Revenue (Land Administration-l) Department, dated 14.O4.2025. Learned Assistant Government Pleader further submits that, since the petitioner have made an application under the provisions ol the Act 9 of 2O2O antj in view of the replacement of the Act 9 of 2O2O with Bhu Bharati Act, the petitioner are entitled to make a fresh appropriate application in Bhu Bharati Portal and if the petitioners make such application duly paying the prescribed fee, the respondent authorities would consider the same in accordance with law. In view of the above submissions, this Court, deems it 5. appropriate to dispose of this writ petition permitting the petitioner to make an appropriate online application in the prescribed format in Bhu Bharati Portal.
