Labour'Court, Hyderabad. ...Petitioner - :The above case between the parties having been referred for determination to the LOK ADALAT and the parties having compromised the case / matter, the foltowing Award is passed in terms of the setttement: Sri P.N.M. Chary, Law Officer for TGSRTC representing the petitioner is present. Respondent No.l is present in person along with his wife viz., Smt.A:Madhavi and is represented by his counsel. Respondent No.1 produced his originat Aadhar Card before the Bench. The Law Officer representing the petitioner submits that the Respondent No.2 is a formal party to the present Writ Petition. Memorandum of Understanding dated 15- l 1'2025 fited before the Bench is signed by the Petitioner, Law Officer appearing for the Petitioner, Respondent No.1 and learned counsel-Sri A.Venkateshwartu, appearing for the .) The Labour Court has passed an award on 19-06-2006 directing the Respondent-Corporation to reinstate Respondent No.1 (Sri A.Chennaiah- E.No.209894) into service with continuity, futt back wages and all other attendant benefits. The Memorandum of Unde6tanding goes to show that petitioner - TGSRTC has chattenged the Award 19.O6.2N6 passed by the Additionat lndustriat Tribunal-cum-Additional Labour Court, Hyderabad, in lD No.26 of 2003 by fiting the present Writ Petition. During the pendency of the Writ Petition, Respondent No.1 gave a representation before the petitioner-TcsRTc on 27.09.2025 requesting to settle matter before Lok Adatat and he is witting to forego back wages ,as No.26 of 2003 dated 19.06.2006. qwarded The petitioner has agreed to pay the retirement benefits to Respondent -Sri A.Chennaiah-E.No.209894 without back wages as awarded in HIGHcouRl LOK ADAIAI --{ m a4 i I Slale ol lD.No.26 of 2003. Accordingly, compromise is recorded and the Award is,passed as per the terms stated in Memorandum of Understanding.
