Petitioner claims to be absolute owner of the property bearing Plot No.l2lP(Westem Part), Block-P in Survey Nos.273, 274,215 and 281 admeasuring 200 square yards situated at Sagar Hills Phase - II, Budvel Village, Rajendranagar Mandal, Ranga Reddy District, having purchased the same under registered sale deed bearing document No.257l of 2012 dated24.12.2012. The vendor of the petitioner purchased the subject property under registered sale deed bearing document No.2951 of 2010 dated 03.08.2010. The predecessors in title of the petitioner purchased the subject propefty under registered sale deed bearing document No.2325 of 2 2006 datr:d 11 .02.2006 from Dr. Shafiuddin Ahmcd QrLadri and M/s. Happy llirrr s l\gro Fams.

Mandal, Ranga Red<I., District. The HMDA owns lands in Sruve,u Nos.2g2 3 to 299 of Budvel Village and developed layout in the above survey numbers. In the guise of construction of compound wall in Survey Nos.273, 274,215 and 281, the petitioner is trying to encroach into the land of HMDA in Survey No.282.

Leamed standing counsel for HMDA further submitted that the department had been facing issues in serving notices to the parties and sccks permission of this Court to serve notice to the t petitioner to the address mentioncd in the cause-title. Accordingly, permission is accorded to respondent No.2 to serve notice to the petitioner to the address mentioned in the cause-title.

7. ln view of the above, the writ petition is disposed of, granting liberty to the petitioner to submit representation to respondent Nos.2 and 5, within a period of one (1) week from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. On receipt of such representation, respondent Nos.2 and 5 shall conduct enquiry, by issuing notice to the petitioner and other interested persons, by giving opportunity of hearing to them, and pass orders, in accordance with law, within a period of four (4) weeks thereafter.
