2. Heard Sri K. Venumadhav, learned counsel for the petitioner and Sri A. Chandra Shaker, learned Standing Counsel for NPDCL, appearing for the respondents. Perused the material on record.
3. Brief facts of the casg are that the petitioner is presently working as an Assistant Lineman at Mubarak Nagar, Nizamabad. While working as a Lineman at LM/D-II/Nizamabad, the petitioner was placed under suspension by respondent No.3 through Memo No.DEE/Op/Nzb/JAO/Adm/F.No.46l2015, dated 01.05'2015, on the ground of grave charges, pending enquiry. Following the enquiry, respondent No.3 imposed a punishment through Memo No. DEE/OplN zb DAO / Adm/ E2lD. No. 1 666 / 2017, dated 30. 10. 20 1 7, reducing tire petitioner to the lower cadre of Assistant Lineman for a period of three years and treating the suspension period as such. Upon completion of the said punishment on 29 .10.2020, the petitioner was reinstated to duty on 30.10.2020. However, the petitioner was neither permitted to discharge duties as a Lineman nor paid the corresponding salary, and was also excluded from the , ) re' --'---!.......1!f-...:..'<:r --€r --::::---t*=::::- eligible lisit 01' - nemen for promotion to the post of l-ine Inspector in 2 \ October 2O)-4.

The casr,: ended in acquittal through juCqnt3nt dated 20.11.2024. Taking into consideration the submissions made by the learned counsel for the respective pafties, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, this Writ Petition is disposed of directing the respondent authorities to consider the petitioner's representation dated 15.04.2025 and pass appropriate orders in accordance with law, as expeditiously as possible, preferably within a period of six (6) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. There shall be no order as to costs. As a sequel, miscellaneous applications pending, if any, in this Writ Petition, shall stand closed.
