Recording the submissions of leamed standing counsel for respondent No.2, the writ petition is disposed of, directing respondent No.2 - IfYDRAA not to interfere with land of the petitioners 3dmeasuring Acs.2-00 guntas in Surwey Nos.236, 237 and 238 situated at pedda Amberpet Village, Abdullapurmet Mandal, Ranga Reddy District, without following due process of iaw.
