2. Heard Pradeep Kumar Manukonda, Parl r-in-person and Mr.R.Laxmikanth Reddy, learned Assistant Government )leader for Home appearing for lespondents No.1 to 6.

The petitioner-in-person submits that, aggrieved b1 he inaction of the respondents/Police authorities in not conducting investigati,r r in Crime No. 366 -R of 2011 registered at Jubilee Hills Police Station and Crime No. 75O of 2014 registered at Miyapur Police Station, he has filed the present writ petition seeking appropriate directions.

Learned Assistant Govemment Pleader submits that, after investigation in Crime No. 366 of 2011 , a final report was filed on 15-04.2O14 before the learned XVll Additional Chief Metropolitan Magistrate, Hyderabad, endorsing the case as "undetected." Similarly, upon completion of investigation in Crime No. 750 ol 2O14, a final report was filed on 30.06.20'16 before the leamed XXV Metropolitan Magistrate, Miyapur, endorsing the case as "false."

5. I have perused the material available on record.

Having regard to the developments that have transpired during the pendency of this writ petition, and as the grievance of the petitioner has already been addressed by the respondents/Police authorities through the filing of final reports, this writ petition has become infructuous and is accordingly dismissed.
