It is stated that the petitioners are the owners and possessors of land admeasuring Ac.0.O4 guntas in Sy.No.704lAlllll ar-d Ac.O.01 guntas in Sy.No.7O4 IEE in total admeasuring Ac.0.05 guntas situated at Veldanda Village Shivar, Veldanda Mandal, Nagar Kurnool District. It is further stated that originally the late husband of petitioner No. I was ttre owner and possessor of the subject property having purchased the same by way of registered sale deed and the 'l 2 revenue authorities have issued pattadar passbooks and titie deeds bearing No.W- 153224 vide Patta No.760 under the provisions of the Telangana Rights in Land and Pattadar Passbooks Act, 197 I and the Rules made thereunder. It is further stated that after death of the husband of petitioner No.1, the respondent authorities have issued Family Member Certihcate to the petitioners, but have not conducted any enquiry for sanctioning pouti izafa (succession certificate) to record their names in respect of the subject property to enable them to enjoy their possession over the said property and to receive the investm6nt subsidies from the Government, therefore, the petitioners submitted an applicalion dated
24.05.2022 and also an online application dated 28.02.2023 through Dharani Portal for issuance of new pattadar passbooks in their favour in respect of the subject lands. The grievance of the petitioners is that even after receiving the said applications, till date no action has been taken by the respondents.
3. Considered the submissions of Sri N. Pandaiah, learned counsel for the petitioners; Sri L. Ravinder, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue appearing for the respondents and with their consent, this writ petition is being disposed of at the admission stage 3
4. In view of the above submissions, this Court deems it appropriate to dispose of this writ petition directing the respondents to consider the applications submitted by the petitioners. In any event, if the applications of the petitioners do not fulfil the requirements of the Telangana Bhu Bharati (Record of Rights in Land) AcL,2025 (for short "the Bhu Bharati Act") and the Rules made thereunder, the respondent- authorities shall pass a reasoned order, in accordance with law and communicate the sarne to the petitioners. The entire exercise shall be completed within a period of eight (O8) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order
5. With the above observations, this writ Petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs As a sequel, the miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed. //TRUE COPY// Sd/.
