Heard the learned Counsel for the petitioner, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue and the learned Counsel for the unofficial respondent No.7. 2 ln this Writ Petition the petitioner is questioning the impugned Order passed by the respondent No.4 in Memo No. B/7Ol l2O2O dated 05. 10.2020, which was issued upon instruction of the respondent No.3 and also seeking a direction to the ofhcial respondents to conduct physical survey in respect of land in Sy.No.271 situated at Morangapally Gram Panchayat, Mominpet Manda-l of Vikarabad District. .) The learned Counsel for the respondent No.7 on rnstructions would submit that the respondent No.7 has 1no objection for conducting physical survey in respect of the subject property situated in Sy.No.271 situated at 2 \ SK,J WP No-2O 193_2020 Morangapally Village, Mominpet Mandal of Vikarabad District and requested to pass appropriate orders. 4 In view of the submissions made by both side Counsel, the writ petition is disposed of by setting aside the impugned Memo No.Bl7Ol/2020 dated 05.iO.202O passed by the respondent No.4 and the official respondents are directed to conduct survey as per the written statement given the family Members of the petitioner as well as the respondent No.7 on 28.L2.2OI7 for distribution of properties between the petitioner and the respondent No.7 in respect of lands in Sy.No.271, situated at Morangpally Village, Mominpet Manda-I, within eight (B) weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order and record the same in the revenue records.
