THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE GOPALA KRISHNA TAMADA WRIT PETITION No.23016 of 2009 ORDER: According to the petitioner, he is the Managing Director of Green Gold Infra-Bio-Tech India Private Limited, Secunderabad, which is a registered company under the Companies Act. On coming to know about the products of the company, several people came forward and submitted requisition letters for their willingness to join the company and to that effect both the parties entered into a memorandum of agreement. As per the agreement, manure is supplied to the consignees on deposit of amount. While so, the 3rd respondent is calling him to the police station, demanding him to return the deposit amount the consignees and threatening him with dire consequences, without there being any crime registered against him. Aggrieved by the same, he filed the present writ petition.
#2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner as well as the learned Government Pleader for Home.

It may not be necessary for this Court at this stage to go into the aspect for the reason that the petitioner's personal liberty cannot be crutailed by anybody, without following the due process under law. Therefore, the 3rd respondent is hereby directed not to interfere with the civil cases of the petitioner, without following due process under law.
