BHASKAR REDDY WRIT PETITION No.16356 of 202s ORDER It is stated that petitioner No.J is the owner and possessor of the land admeasuring Ac.0.3O guntas in Sy.No.l47 /2 and petitioner No.2 is the owner and possessor of the land admeasuring Ac.O.1O guntas in Sy.No.147/ 1, situated at Kamsanipalle Village, Uppunuthala Mandal, Nagarkurnool District. It is further stated that originally the said land was assigned to the father of the petitioners by name Chimarla Sathyaiah and after his death they have acquired the same by way of succession. It is further stated that the name of the petitioners were incorporated in the revenue records and they were issued pattadar passbooks Nos.TO317O13O176 (Khata No.281) and T0317O 13O036 (Khata No.49), respecrively, under the provisions of the Telangana Rights in Land and Pattadar Passbooks Act, 2O2O (for short "the Act 9 of 2O2O"). It is further stated that, adjacent to the lands of the petitioners vacant land is there in Sy.No.147. The grievance of the petitioners is that disputing the nature of the land which is in possession of the petitioners, the respondents are makrng 2 CVBR, J Wp 16356 2025 efforts to interfere with the peaceful possession of the pehtloners.
2. Considered the submissions made by the learned counsel for the parties and with their consent this writ petition is being disposed of al the admission stage.
3. Sri L. Ravinder, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue appearing for the respondents has submitted that the father of the petitioners was assigned the land to an extent of Ac-1.OO guntas and he has not disputed the issuance of the pattadar passbooks in favour of the petitioners. It is further submitted that Ac.1.1O guntas of Government land is available in the subject survey number and the same has been identified for construction of sub-staLion- Learned Assistant Government Pleader further submits that, the respondent authorities are not interfering rvith the possession of the petitioners over the land admeasuring Ac.0.30 gutnas in Sy.No.147 l2 and Ac.O.10 guntas in S1,.No. 147/ 1.

In view of the above submissions, this Court is of the opinion that the ends of the justice would be met if the respondents are directed not to interfere with the possession of 3 CVBR, J wp 16356 2025 the petitioncrs over the land admeasuring Ac.O.30 guntas in Sy.No. 147/2 and Ac.O.10 guntas in Sy.No.147/ 1, situated at Kamsanipalle Village, Uppunuthala Mandal, Nagarkurnool District. If there is any dispute with regard to the identificaiion of the extent, which is in possession of the petitioners, the respondents are directed to conduct survey after issuing notice to the petitioners and adjacent land owners and proceed with the construction of the sub station in the Government land. In any manner, if the petitioners' land is effected, the respondent authorities are directed to follow due procedure under law.
5. With the above observations, this Writ Petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs
6. As a sequel, the miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed.
