It is submitted that both the accused and the Defacto complainant belongs to same village and due to the political ri''ralry and under false inlbmration and impression the said case has been registered against the Petitioners / Accused by the Dee-facto Complainant. Due to the intervention of elders of the village and the past relations between the accused and defacto complainant both the parties have compromised. In view of the said compromise, the Defaoto Complainant has decided to withdraw the case filed against the Petitioners / Accused herein. The Defacto complainant has no objection to quash the same basing upon the present compromise memo filed by both the parties herein.
