2. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner, Mr. L. Ravinder, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue appearing for official respondents and learned counsel for unofficial respondents. Perused the records.

3. Since the parties to these wdt petitions are one and the same, these writ petitions are heard together and disposed of by way of this common order.

4. [,e arned counsel for the petitioner would submit that admittedly as against the impugned proceedings in endorsement No.B / 529 / 2023, dated 22.08.2023, the petitioner 1n \ 4 W.P.No.6935 ol 2024 had filed a sluit uide O.S.No.55 of 2025 on the Iile of the learned Junior Civil Judge, Ramannapet, Yadadri Bhuvanagiri District. He would submit that though the petitioner had initiated the civil proceedings, application filed by the petitioner, vide application No.2400015040 has not been decided by the official respondents and it is pending for consideration. He would submit that the petitioner ought to have been communicated the action taken by the official respondents ln respect of thc online application filed by the petitioner for change of name in the revenue records. He would further submit that taking advantage of illegal entry in Dharani portal, unofficial respondents are trying to occupy the land of Bhakta Markandeya Swamy Temple. But the official responclents did not initiate any action to delete the illegal entries of the unofhcial respondents. Hence, he would seek to pass appropriate orders.

5. Learned counsel for unofficial respondents would submit that admittedly the petitioner in W.P.No.6935 of 2024 had initiated civil proceedings in O.S.No.55 of 2025 and one of the unofficial respondents has also filed the suit in O.S. No. IIZ of 2025 on the lile of the learned Junior Civil Judge, Ramannapet, ) wherein the petitioner is the defendant and the said proceedings are still pending. When the matters are pending before the civil Court, the revenue authorities cannot decide the civil issues in the Revenue proceedings and the judgment of the civil Court would be binding upon the revenue authorities. Hence, he would seek to dismiss these writ petitions.

6. Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue would submit that the parties to these writ petitions have already filed counter suits before the civil Court. At this stage, the official I respondents cannot interfere with the proceedings. He would / I submit that as and when the civil disputes attained frnality, the ofhcial respondents will comply with the orders passed by the learned civil Court. Hence, he would seek to dismiss these writ petitions.

7. Having heard learned counsel for the petitioner, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue and learned counsel for unofficial respondents, this Court is of the opinion that since the parties to these writ petitions have already instituted separate suits uicle O.S.Nos.55 of 2025 and 112 of 2025, and the matters are pending before the learned Junior Civil Judge, Ramannapet, Yadadri Bhuvanagiri District, this Court does not 6 see any reason to keep the writ petitions pending. Therefore, this Court, without making any observations on the merits or demerits of the cases, deems it appropriate to dismiss these writ petitions.

8. Accordingly, these writ petitions are dismissed. There shall be no order as to costs. Miscellaneous petitions pending, if ary, shall stand closed. ,TRUE COPYII SD/.MOHD.
