2. Considered the submissions of the learned counsel for the petitioner; learned Assistant Government Pleader for Finance and Planning appearing for respondent No'1; and iearned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue appearing for the respondent Nos.2 & 3 and perused the record' 2
3. it is stated that the petitioner hails from a poor famiiy and her husband namely Machagoni Krishna S/o. Mallaiah, aged about 36 years, .1nd her son namely Machagoni Prashanth, aged about 1O years, died due to hit by Thunderbolt/Lightening stroke, on 14.OS.2O2|. It is further stated that the Government has issued G.O.Ms.No.2, Revenue (D.l,{-l) Department, daLecl, 19 .OZ .20 1 8 for sanction of ex gratia to the families of the deceased person due to Thunderbolt and in terms of the said C.O, ifre petitioner has approached the respcndent authorities for sanction of ex gratia but till date, her case has not been considered by the respondent authorities.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the Government has sanctioncd compensation to sitnilarly placed persons, through G.O.Rt.No. 15, Revcnue (D.IU_I) Departmcnt, dated 18.09.2019, ancl he reliecl lrpon the order dateC O3.O2.2O25 passed by the Division Bench of this Court in W.P.No.1341 ot 2025 and subrnitte,j that the subject mattcr of tl-ris r.vrit petition is squarely covered by the aforesaid order.
