JUSTICE JUWADI SRIDEVI CIVIL REVISION PETITION No.1805 ot 2025 ORDER Challenging the order, dated 20.05.2025 passed in 1.A.No.241 of 2025 (Vacation Court in l.A.No.44 of 2025) in O.S.No.1 1 oI 2025 (Vacation Court in O.S.No.16 of 2025) by the learned Family Court Judge-cum-lll Additional District Judge, Mahabubnagar (for short 'trial Court'), this Civil Revision Petition is filed.
2. Heard Mr. Y.Soma Srinath Reddy, learned counsel for the petitioners and Mr. Swaroop Oorilla, learned counsel for the respondents. Perused the material on record.
3. When the matter is taken up, both the learned counsel requested this Court to direct the trial Court to dispose of LA.No.241 of 2025 (Vacation Court in l.A.No.44 ot 2025) in O.S No.1'l of 2025 (Vacation Court in O.S.No.16 ot 2025) as expeditiously as possible
4. ln view of the aforesaid submission, without going into the merits and demerits of the case, this Civil Revision Petition is disposed of, directing the trial Court to dispose of l.A.No 241 of 2025 (Vacation Court in l.A.No.44 oI 2025) in O.S.No.11 of 2025 (Vacation Court in O.S.No.16 of 2025) as expeditiously as possible, Y 2 preferably, within a period of two (2) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, in accordance with law. lt is made clear that the trial Court shall dispose of the said l.A. without being influenced by the observations of this Court in the interim stay order, dated
13.06.2025. "Ti11 the disposal of said 1.A., both the parties shall maintain status quo with respect to possession obtaining as on today".
