2. Heard Mr. V. Brahmaiah Chowdary, learned counsel for the petitioners, and Mr. Pasham Mohith, learned standing counsel for the Greater Warangal Municipal Corporation (GWMC), appearing for respondent Nos.2 to 6. 3 . Leamed standing counsel for the GWMC, appearing for respondent Nos.2 to 6, submitted that appropriate action will be taken on the representation of the petitioners, in accordance with law.

Recording the aforesaid submission of the leamed standing counsel for the GWMC, the writ petition is disposed of, directing respondent Nos.2 and 3, to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 08.05.2015, for deleting and cancelling the H.No.l-1-103/14 standing on the name of respondent Nos.7 and 8, in respect of the land of the petitioners in Survey No.623 (new) (711 (old)) situated at Prashanth Nagar, Waddepalli Village, I{anamkonda Mandal, Warangal District, and assign the same on the name of the petitioners, by giving opporlunity of hearing to the petitioners and respondent Nos.7 and 8, and pass orders, accordance with law, within a period of six (6) weeks from the date -=/ \Btxf' - " :'y :- -'. .
