Judgment
The official liquidator in these two Company Applications prays for the following reliefs respectively:- Company Application No.1377 of 2016. Company Application No.1378 of 2016. This application is filed under Section 460(4) of the Companies Act, 1956 (for short, (cid:145)the Act(cid:146)) read with Rules 7, 9, 167 & 169 of the Companies (Court) Rules, 1959 to take the certificate of Form 71 seeking the reliefs as set out in paras (i) to (iii) of the Company Application. Perused the annexures filed along with the company applications and satisfied that the prayers in the instant applications can be favourably considered.
